RESIDUAL HAUNTINGS

.......................Residual haunting is a term used to describe paranormal activity that repeats itself over and over like a broken record. It is basically an imprint of sounds and/or images within the environment. These imprints can range from footsteps, voices, moans, crying, laughter, knocks, and even full body apparitions. Some have reported seeing images that appeared to be as real as themselves. A residual haunting is completely harmless. These imprints have no idea that you exist or that they exist. Many times a residual type haunt can be experienced during time intervals that seem to have a consistant pattern.

 

What causes residual energies within the environment? There are many theories about what actually causes and creates these residual type energies in the environment, but truth is there are no factual evidence that supports rather any of these theories are correct. Basically, there not as much theories as they are assumptions that seem logical and rational as far as science is concerned. However, to give the best answer possible, it is believed that these energies are created by light, human and nonhuman energies such as people and machinery, environmental materials such as metals, rock, and other materials, and the natural anomalies created within the environment like natural electromagnetic field emissions, ionized atmospheres, and ect. There are many elements that could be a factor in the creation of residual energies. Lets use people as the first example. We all give off energy and some may give off more energy than the other. Remember the last time that you stood in a large congregation of people. Maybe this happened at church or at school. During the gathering there was a moment of happiness or sadness. Everyone knows what it is like to experience a moment of joy or sadness, but when a large group of people experience the same emotion at the same time, it is almost like the emotion you feel is magnified. The sensation sends a slight static charge through your body. Your mind enters a state of euphoria. Your head tingles and your body feels the energy that everyone in that room is giving off. Some identical twins can sense each others emotions even if they are hundreds of miles away from each other. Scientist know that these phenomenom exist, but they don't know how it works. There are things about the human body and mind that is still a mystery. Have you ever sat at home reading a book, watching tv, or doing something that completely occupied your time, and for some strange reason a thought runs through your mind that the phone is about to ring or someone is about to knock on the door? Sure you have. Almost everyone has experienced this at least once or twice, and sure enough, just as soon as the thought races through your mind the phone rings or you hear a knock at the door. Some of you may have even took this experience a step further. Some of you may have even had the thought that a certain person was about to call or knock on the door, and just as the thought enters your mind it happens. This is another example of the energy that we give off. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over this energy. It happens on a subconscious level. Now imagine a horrible tragedy were someone may loose their life in a painful or frightening manner, and take into consideration the amount of energy that this person might release into the environment during this event. Is it possible that the high level of energy along with the right environmental conditions capture that energy to be replayed over and over? This could be possible, but it is still just a theory.

 

Another example deals with our environment. It has been proven that sounds can be recorded into things such as clay. We record sounds and images on cd's, tapes, and vinyl materials. Something as simple as grooves in a vinyl disc that sends a frequency up a needle and the the frequency is converted over to produce sounds through speakers. Have you ever stoped to think about how complex these devices are? How do you get sound from a needle or laser. How do you even get the sounds or images on the materials they are burned in to. If we can imprint sounds and images on materials that derived from the environment in the first place, then it would be foolish to think that the environment could not produce the same effects on its own. Under the right conditions, it could be possible that a residual energy is just a product of light, temp, ,EMF, and other things produced naturally in the environment. Afterall, cameras use light to create a picture. The first cameras were simple. A big bulky box with a large sheet of film stuck in the back and a series of lenses. The picture took a long time to be created. People would sit or stand in front of the camera for long periods of time in order for the image to burn into the film. Just some things to think about when it comes to residual type energies.

 

Some of the simplest things can be the most complex things to explain. When a magician mezmorizes you with a card trick or an illusion, you wonder how that is even humanly possible. Surprisingly, many of the tricks that a magician performs is very simple in concept, but the illusion of the trick blows your mind. When you finally get the opportunity to find out how the trick was performed, you can't beleive that it was that simple. It could be possible that some of the parnormal experiences that people have are just as simple in nature. The fact that we don't know how the trick is performed just blows our minds.
